We reward our staff if they successfully introduce a friend or indeed new business to Aspect and every member of staff gets a Quality of Working Life Update (QWLU) every 4 months to assess their development needs, career progress and near-term goals. We also offer a graduate training scheme for our Trainee Producers, with the aim of promotion to Junior Producer level within 18 months.
